Minatelli, a native of the famous wine-producing Friuli region, has worked as a concierge and in the hotel industry for nearly 17 years. He brings a wide and varied international base of experience from such hotels as the Berkeley in London, Villa d'Este in Lake Como, and the Kulm Hotel in St. Moritz. It has been his professional dream, or as they say in Italian, "un sogno nel cassetto", to work for one of the best hotels in Venice. He has found his family with the Bauer Group. Like his colleague, he has a true passion for his work and enjoys the pleasure of meeting and speaking with guests from all over the world.
