Access to the Spa is through the Bauer Palladio Hotel. All clients are welcome to use the complimentary Bauer shuttle boat which departs daily from the Bauer Palazzo private dock, running daily. Alternatively, the hotel concierge will be pleased to arrange a private transfer, or you can take the public water buses, lines 42 or 2, exit at Zitelle stop (Giudecca).

You will be provided with a bathrobe and slippers on arrival. Lockers are available for your use in the changing rooms. We do not assume any liability for items left in the lockers. Please remember the Spa is allergic to mobile phones.
In order to maximize your Spa experience, we suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to treatment, for changing and relaxing with a cup of our warm infusions, and take a warm shower to relax your mind and body.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, please notify us 12 hours in advance of the appointment to avoid being billed for the entire cost. The treatment cost can be charged to a guestroom, otherwise, the client may pay in cash or by credit card at reception.

Fitness Centre
The Fitness Centre is open daily and features a selection of cardiovascular equipment and the innovative “Kinesis” system, a new way to work out. Kinesis offers an infinite variety of exercises and movements, ensuring strength, stability and flexibility. We strongly recommend first-time use of the equipment to be with our certified trainer to optimize the benefit of the exercise. Fee entrance to the gym is Euro 10.00 per person per day, while a one hour training session costs Euro 70.00.
